Her whole body tingled and there wasn't any pain. She felt Brennan set her down in the grass helping her sit up. "Whisper-"
"My name's Becka...why do you keep calling me that?" Becka was a little foggy. It felt amazing to be without pain in her head. She felt Brennan hold her tighter for a heartbeat.
Sasha spoke softly to her. "We all named eachother. When we were old enough to understand we needed real names... You ended up being Whisper... I'm Sparx."
"I'm Shift..." Wesley told her with a smile.
Brennan was silent. Becka looked up at him expectantly. He wasn't looking her in the eye. "My name is Reaper."
Something in the way he said it made her not so afraid but sad. "Why didnt we have real names...I don't understand...I'm confused..."
Brennan sighed. "We'll tell you everything soon. It's late right now...but we'll tell you everything on the road."
"The road? What? Im not leaving. This is my home!" Becka pulled away from them wanting to get back into her safe home.
"But it's not safe here. We came here to find you and go... We have to keep moving." Wesley told her.
"No...No I won't leave Mal..." Becka started backing away.

Karlov gave Holly a phone so that she could call her father to tell him what had happened, allowing her to retreat into an empty room to do so.

"Sahara!" The white wolf cocked its head at the sound of her father's human voice and stood, nudging the cub she had been attending to towards one of the other females before trotting towards her father's antechamber and returning to human form seamlessly.
"Yes father?"
"Darkness shall close in fast; make quick work." he waved an idle hand as he told her to send a blitz party out to the vampires. Grinning darkly she shifted back into her wolf form and howled to get the attention of her pack mates.
They looked over, a few of the stronger ones she had already spoken with trotting over. She growled and huffed before setting off in a lope to the exit, her pack in pursuit. Her body was tingling in anticipation of the slaughter to come, reveling in blood lust.
